In some rare cases, due to Bluetooth instability, the paired Bluetooth headset list may get corrupted during an update. If this happens, please follow this procedure:
- Perform a hard-reset: Turn on your Woojer device. Then, insert a pin to the reset hole (left to the aux input on the Strap 3 or above the front USB input on the Vest 3). Press the hidden button with the pin for two seconds. The Woojer device will turn off.
- Data clearing: Turn on your Woojer device. Then, turn it off by a long press, leaving the power button pressed for 10 seconds. You should see the blue Bluetooth LED blinks once.
- Start over and pair your headset to your Woojer.
