The new Woojer Series 3 presents many major updates over previous iterations, with one of the major ones being Dual-Bluetooth connectivity. This means that you can connect the Woojer to your source using Bluetooth, while also connecting your headphones using Bluetooth directly to the Woojer.
This article shows how to pair your Bluetooth headphones, using the Woojer app. To pair your headphones manually, without the app, please refer to this article.
To pair your Bluetooth headphones with your Woojer through the following steps:
- Make sure your Woojer is already associated with the application. You can learn how to pair Woojer with the application through this article.
- From the app home screen, press on the burger menu on the top left to access the application settings.
In the settings screen, select either "My Woojer" or "Bluetooth Devices".
In the following screen, you will be able to see your Woojer's model name, battery status, and firmware version. To see the list of previously paired Bluetooth headphones and to initiate a new pairing, please click on the "Paired Devices" pane.
In the "Paired Devices" pane you can add a new output device. Pressing the "Add Output" button will push a small notification pane up stating that "Scan will begin momentarily".
You can also forget all previously paired devices by clicking the "Forget all paired devices" button at the bottom of the screen.
After the scan has started, please put your Bluetooth headphones into pairing mode and put them in proximity to the Woojer and the application. It shouldn't take longer than 30 seconds for the headphones to be identified by the app.
Once the app has finished scanning, it will display a list of compatible Bluetooth output devices it had located. Press the output device you'd like to pair to. After selecting the device you'd like to pair with, a small pop-up will appear with the "Attempting to pair" message, and the selected output device will also show the Woojer logo spinning next to it.
The headphones will pair within 30 seconds and will then be available for future pairings on the "Paired Devices" screen.
