If you're experiencing issues with connectivity between devices, or want to reset the retained data of your Woojer, please follow these steps:
- Power on your Woojer.
- Press and hold the power button after the Woojer has been turned on until it is turned off.
- Keep holding the power button after the Woojer has turned off for roughly 15~ seconds.
- At the end of the process, Woojer's LED will flash twice in blue. If wired headphones are connected to the Woojer, it will also play two short tones at the same time. This will indicate that the Data Reset was performed successfully.
- When turning on your Woojer next, it should automatically enter pairing mode and be available for pairing in the dedicated Woojer application.
